Nicola Di Raimo is involved in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, such as distribution, agency, franchising, leasing, rental and lease agreements, business and partnering agreements as well as all different types of e-commerce agreements.

Mr. Di Raimo has also a vast experience in the development, acquisition, protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights (e.g. trademarks, domain names, patents, designs and models etc.), including the preparation and negotiation of transfer, licence, distribution, sponsorship and advertising agreements and has a depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, particularly in the drafting and negotiation of production, co-production and distribution contracts in the entertainment sector.

Nicola Di Raimo is also assisting his clients in the structuring and implementation of complex real estate transactions and in the management of real estate properties. He has also a significant experience in legal assistance in civil law litigation.
